Song starts up the fire and warms up the pan. He turns to his left to get the sauces and ingredients needed to cook for the dish.

Song finishes adding the ingredients and the sauces. He begins to cook and in order for the food to sauces to mix well, he tosses the food lightly in the air and catches it.

Song finishes his dish of General Gau’s chicken with crab rangoons and boiled rice.

At the end of the day, Song cleans and disinfect all the utensils he used at the end of the day.

Cooking is not the only job a chef does, one has to clean and disinfect everything they use. The mess and grease on the floor from the day is a threat to slipping and falling, so he cleans the floor every night.
Song sits at the bar with his coffee. He loves to start the day and ends the day with a cup of coffee. He loves to sit at the bar at the end of the shift because there is always air conditioner in the summer and after cooking in a very hot environment during the day, he is exhuasted.
